About the event

A few months ago, I had a dream I met with a small group of people in a park. We were all sharing the struggles most present in our minds, and at the end, we all gave each other a very long hug. When I woke up, I wanted to experience that so badly in real life. It made me realize how desperate I was for that kind of support and empowerment. I know I am not the only one feeling this way, so I made it a priority to design a supportive, collective healing experience.

Collective healing (to me) is supporting one another in our emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs through acts of vulnerability. When we come together with vulnerable hearts, we are able to create a beautiful revolving door where ones vulnerability allows you to feel safe to share your own vulnerabilities. It gives way for deeper consciousness shifts which aids in peacemaking with the complexes of our mind. Our traumas and experiences don’t need to align. We are all human in the end, and we all carry the same emotions to some degree.

Collective Healing - Portrait Healing Style is a facilitated group exploration of our emotions through imagery and words. Each person will be a facilitator in their own and each others growth through their participation, and will receive personalized materials to take home for continued self discovery.

Please bring a vulnerable heart, and a blanket to sit on.

*No further details about this experience will be shared. This requires the upmost willingness to be vulnerable, and any need for further insight is coming from a fear of vulnerability. I challenge you to ponder that thought if you find yourself needing to know more before committing.*

We meet the 2nd Saturday of every month! Open to all!
