Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their scheduled session for a full refund by providing written notice no less than seven (7) days prior to the agreed-upon session date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days in advance will be eligible for a partial refund equal to twenty percent (20%) of the deposit paid. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of confirmed cancellation.
